October 2009 and November

I cannot remember why I got Kaleb all dressed up but he sure is hansome.

We visited a pumpkin patch and told Kaleb to pick out his own pumpkin.

Kaleb wanted to pick this pumpkin but we ended up with something more manageable.

Thanksgiving Dinner

Hello Family.
It has almost been an entire year since my last posting. Where has the time gone? Well, since you have missed so many cute pictures, i will update you on every month you missed. So here is Sept 2009.

We were able to house sit for some friends of ours. They live in Julian. So we packed up Kaleb and lived in their beautiful home for a week.

Kaleb and I went camping with Grandma and Grandpa Young. We went to Pismo Beach and Solvang. Kaleb was quite a trooper and i was surprised at how well he did. Here he is getting ready to eat some dinner.

Kaleb's Dedication

We had Kaleb dedicated on June 13, 2009.
My brother, Jonathan, came into town with his wife, Christine, and their two kids (Haven and Levi) to perform the ceremony. We had the dedication at the Wildwood Ranch campground in the Sierra House.
It was beautiful. Some of our family and friends were able to make it and share this special moment with us. (I look like i have a halo of roses on my head)

Kaleb was asleep during most of the dedication.
(I am not trying to say anything about your preaching, Jonathan)

After the dedication, we took a walk to see the animals that live on the campground.

Swimming!!!!

We decided it was time to take Kaleb to the big swimming pool at the camp.
I bought him some board shorts and he and daddy went into the pool.
The water was cold so he didn't like it too much.

The next time we tried this, the pool was much warmer. Kaleb loved it.
